Installing Reporting Service 2000 and 2005 on the same ISS machine

  We currently are running Reporting Services and have it configured so the Reporting Services runs on an IIS machine with the Reporting Services database on a separate SQL Server 2000 machine (two machine configuration).  Now we are considering installing Reporting Services 2005.  We have installed a new SQL Sever 2005 machine.  So now my question is can I install Reporting Services for SQL Server 2005 on the same IIS machine where I installed the Reporting Services for SQL Server 2000?  What problems or issues might I have in doing this?  Any references tech articles on this would be great.  Thanks for your help here with my planning effort on rolling out reporting services 2005.
