Hi all
I have one problem with SSRS.
I have created ten reports using SSRS out of ten three for finance, three for Systems, and four for Admin.
Come to .net Application, in reports page I am going to fill grid with report names using report server database, problem is here when I logging in finance user name I want to fill the grid with only finance reports and rest of users also same but I don’t have any relationship with report server database and application database.
How can I show based on user roles, please Anybody tell me the solution of this problem.

Have you set up roles within the Report Server itself? It's prob easiest (in RS2000)to do this via Report Manaer, in RS2005 you could prob do it through Management Studio. Once set up, as long as you either connected as a/the Finance user (ie a member of the Finance role in RS), the using either Report Manager or the Web Service, you'll only see your relevant folders/reports.
