How do i create dropdown list in my report PLS HELP!!!!

  I am using the below query in my report.I want to take one dropdown box in my report where when user select Forclosure,Bankrupcy it should retrieve records accordingly.But in database field is lkpRailId= 1 or lkpRailId=2.

  1 means Forclosure,2 means Bankrupcy.

  How do i implement this?Pls help!!

  Go to Report Parameters.

  

  Modify your Query

  

  Assign Report parmeter to query Parameter

  You can use like that:-

   

  SELECT DISTINCT dbo.tblVENDOR.VendorName, dbo.tblVENDOR.VendorShortName, dbo.tblRAIL.RailDescr, dbo.tblSPIKE.SpikeDescr, dbo.tblRAIL.ScreenValue,            dbo.tlkpSID.SId, dbo.tblConVendtoSuperClient.VendorID

  FROM dbo.tlkpSID INNER JOIN dbo.tblSPIKE ON dbo.tlkpSID.SidID = dbo.tblSPIKE.SidId INNER JOIN dbo.tblRAIL INNER JOIN            dbo.tblVENDOR ON dbo.tblRAIL.SuperClientVendorId = dbo.tblVENDOR.VendorId ON dbo.tblSPIKE.RailId = dbo.tblRAIL.RailId INNER JOIN                   dbo.tblConVendtoSuperClient ON dbo.tblVENDOR.VendorId = dbo.tblConVendtoSuperClient.SuperClientId

  WHERE   (dbo.tblConVendtoSuperClient.VendorID = 199) AND (dbo.tblvendor.vendorid <> 123) and  and (dbo.tblRAIL.lkpRailid = @Type)   (Declare any Variable)

  Then click layout then select report ---> report Parameter in Available values panel select radio button None-quired then in label Field put Forclosure and Value Field put 1

  Second line put Bankrupcy  in Label field and Value field 2

  It will show you drop down list with two values.
