Hi there,
Does anyone know any specific reason for a database not to be a part of the Maintenance plan? Recently, I created a database and restored the data file from a backup. For some reason, I had to restore a very old copy from TSM. Now what happens is, my DB Maintenance plan has two databases by same name. It involves the old database but doesn't involve the latest one. Though I check the latest database manually, the check mark disappears by the next morning when I come and check the plan.
I know, it's totally confusing. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Change the plan, immediately go back in and verify that the change has been saved.
If not, you don't have the right permissions.
