Trouble installing on Windows 2003

  Hello,

  When I run an installation SQL 2000 installation on a windows 2003 server I recieve the following error.

   

  "An internal read error has ocurred on c:\Docume`1\n8001158\local.ins unable to load installation instructions."

  I am a local admin on the box. Does anyone have ant suggestions?

  Disregard, It ended up being the Locakl Temp Variable.
