I have an application where i want to replicate specific tables from IBM AS400 DB2 to SQL server 2000 standard. I have no permissions to make any changes to IBM DB2. Is there any way i can replicate the tables in DB2 to SQL server without changing any configuration in DB2? I have full permissions on the those specific tables.

There is a product on the market called DataMirror. I have worked with this some at a job where DB2 info in the I series was replicated to a SQL server. The only problem is that DataMirror can be a pain to work with and is extremely expensive.

Depending upon your needs, you can also set up a linked server to the DB2 UDB database and pull data from there. If you really want to push data from DB2 to SS2k, you will have to use third party tools like data mirror.
