"SSL" Certificate needed for test box

  I'm installing sql 2005 for the first time and it says that it didn't find an "SSL Certificate", so the box is not as secure as it could be.

  1. How can I generate a certificate for use on this Test box? (Special software needed?)

  2. How is the Cert installed on the box, once generated?
