Hi, I am definitely a newbie when it comes to SQL. I have an LOB (SoftPro) that attaches to a database on another server via Citrix. The database won't initialize. I get "Login failed for user '(null)' Reason: Not Associated with a Trusted SQL Server Connection". When I googled it, I found some articles about changing to mixed mode. So I've changed from Windows only to SQL Server and Windows. Still getting the same error... Help...
Thanks

When you changed to mixed mode, did you then change your connection string to send a username and password? Preferably one that already exists on the destination server?
Are you also the DBA for the database? If not, I'd hook up with the DBA. Or, failing that, with your network administrator. There may be other (e.g., firewall) reasons why your credentials aren't being passed, that would be relatively easy to fix.

Thanks. I had to recreate the users for the database and reestablish the shares from the PDC. That took care of the problem.
