Emailing Link to Archive via Reporting Service Email

    I currently have a number of reports running on the report server.  I archive these to a different server because the company has decided they did not want to allow report users to be able to log into the report server. 

    I send out an email with the link to the PDF that is residing on the other server. 

    My issue is that when the email reaches the user, it is converted to plain text.  Is there some way to set up this email to embed the link to the actual archived report on the other server?

    Just a work around to that.. you can place those PDF in a virtual directory somewhere and email the link to the server to go get them... but lets get back to the case at hand... on a report you can put a textbox with whatever text you want in it and give that textbox a hyperlink by going into the advance tab on the textbox properties... then go to the navigation tab and go to the hyperlink action and type in the URL in the jump to URL box... hope this helps....
