Hi,
I've got a frustrating problem with windows authentication. We have 2 new servers on a new domain (different to the domain of my windows account), I can connect to one of them fine with windows authentication, but when I try to connect to the second one it comes up with "Cannot connect to 127.0.0.1 - Cannot Generate SSPI Context". Both servers are running SQL under domain accounts from the new domain. A colleague and I can connect to both servers when we log onto his PC and neither of us can connect when logged onto my PC, so it seems that there is some configuration on my PC that is preventing windows authentication to the second server. SQL authentication works fine.
As far as I can tell the servers are configured identically and I have re-installed the client tools on my pc.
Can anyone help???
Thanks
Dave
