  I have just installed SQL 2005 Developer Edition and Visual Studio 2005 (from the launch handouts). I have tried to create a new IS project but there isn't an IS template in the Business Intelligence Dev Studio.    Everything else seems to be fine. Have I missed some little quirk in installing?

  Only thing I can think of is that you didn't select the option to install SSIS during setup.

  You might just run it again and try to install it.
