Error(-2147221411): Process operation failed;

    Hi I have followed the Microsoft Basic tutorial,

    when I try to Process my Cube I get the following Error:

    Error(-2147221411): Process operation failed;

    I am running sp3 on SQL Server 2000 (and so is the server)

    when i try to process via the server I get the same error....

     

    Any ideas ?

    Make sure you have applied SP3 to Analysis Services.  This is separate from the install of SP3 - you need to run the file Sql2kasp1.exe directly.  Look for this file wherever you unzipped SP3.

    I understand that i need to install Sql2kasp1.exe both on the client and on the server ?
