I cannot deploy the sample database; the data source connection tests OK as does the build but I get the following error message:
"
Error -1056899072 : The following system error occurred: Key not valid for use in specified state. .
"
Have tried various tweaks using the surface area config tool but to no avail; any suggestions welcome!

Hi,
I got the same problem and after browsing the posts I got an answer from Claytonc :
"My SSAS service was running as NT Authority\Local Service -- i changed this to local system and it worked."
I have changed as he suggested and my deployment process run successfully

I had the same problem and by changing from local service to local system it worked like a charm!
