Hi everyone
Need to know if anyone has an resources \ sql scripts to determine when a user last logged in.
Currently our audit policy is set to record all , therefore the SQL Server logs are vast and I need to find out when a user last logged in.
Is that the only way to do it but looking into the SQL server logs for recorded logins ?
many thanks

You can set an alert to get successful logins, but I've had trouble getting it to work. Maybe BKelley will chime in.
If you have the logs, then you can save them as text files, go to the bottom, and search "Up" for the user.
