Paul:
Here is the message that I received:
An internal consistency error occurred. Contact Technical Support for assistance. [SQLSTATE 42000] (Error 3270) RESTORE DATABASE is terminating abnormally. [SQLSTATE 42000] (Error 3013). The step failed.
This occurred when trying to restore from a database backup. BTW, CHECKDB doesn't show any errors.
Is the only option to go to another backup file?
Thanks,
John L.

This indicates that your backup is corrupt in some way. Can you try the restore command manually and see if there are any more errors? Can you also post the restore output from the SQL errorlog?
Thanks
