Has anyone ever experienced a problem with xp_sendmail not being able to locate the global address book for outlook. Outlook is setup under the service account that we use to run sql server and sql agent. When I loginto the 2003 box as the service user, I have full access to outlook, sends mail fine, finds the address book.
When in the Enterprise manager and trying to send a test message to my operator, I receive an error message
Error 22022: Sql Agent Error: Unable to resolve recipient name yournamehere@bigco.com (reason: one or more of the recipients could not be found in the address book.)
The email address(yournamehere@bigco.com) is what the real email address is. I am running SQL 2000 on SP4 and Outlook 2003 with the latest SP and updates.
This setup and configuration works on other 2003 boxes we have in different domains, but for some reason it is not working on this box. Any ideas?

Log in as service user, edit the mail profile, make sure that you are receiving mails into the mailbox, and not into an local folder.
