"Visual Studio IDE Package" failed to load properly

    When I click on the Search button to search the SQL help, I get an error -- "Visual Studio IDE Package" failed to load properly -- and I do not get the search window. Index and Contents work fine, but no search.

    I have just installed the Visual Studio 2005 RTM and the SQL Server 2005 RTM.

    Any Ideas?

    had you installed previous versions?  I remember seeing this error somewhere along the line; but have deleted the file where I commented on it and do not remember the resolution.  Are you configured to search the internet first for help?  (you should be, as delivered help files are not as new as the net).  Sorry I cannot remember more.

    Yes I had installed and then used the uninstall wizard to remove previous betas before installing the RTM. I am configured to check the internet for help. I also am receiving this error in Visual Studio 2005 RTM when the IDE first loads.

    Any thoughts or ideas will be appreciated.
