Hello all,
I work as the database projects manager with a manufacturing company. We have Macola as our financial tool with SQL Server backend. Since we are a public company we are bound by post-enron regulations and one of the requirements from our SURBANS (a federal entity) is to make sure we log any and all transactions(entries) that take place outside of Macola i.e. suppose someone like me or our DBAs went to the database and did update data directly on SQL Server, he wants us to log such updates/deletes. We are at a loss at how to do this...any help is greately appreciated.
Thanks
Raghu

Thanks...will look into that. I knew regulations will cost businesses but we need to meet them...irrespective. Thanks anyway
