I've recently tried Reporting Services and I was trying to use the timed subcription report delivery service. I tried configuring RS to deliver reports to a file share. However it did not create any reports on the folder. I'm guessing that i did a mistake in entering the credentials and perhaps the shared folder permission options too. Could anyone tell me what might possible be the problem?

After playing around with the settings I've found out the solution....anyone who is facing the same problem is as me should right click on a the share folder, click on permissions and click on Add. Enter the group or user object that would be dumping the report to your file share (i.e administrator). after adding, select the object added and grant full permission (by checking on the check box 'Full Control'). And fire up sql server agent. Your report should be delivered to the file share if your timed-subcription settings are correct.
