Just received the "SQL Server 2005 Beta 2 Resource Kit" and I was wondering if any one has the same problem I do when installing the VHD file for MS Virtual PC from the "SQL Server 2005 Beta 2 Hands-on Labs DVD".
When I start up the Virtual PC it runs through as normal however when I try to login to the Windows 2003 server it says the evaluation license has expired and then reboots the Virtual PC. I just installed the Virtual PC a few days ago and now it doesn't work. If anyone has any suggestions it would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
CLS

Not that we support this, but someone posted this on the newsgroups as their workaround:
I was able to get around the problem by uninstalling
Virtual PC, setting the date back on my PC to sometime in
January, reinstalling VPC, and reinstalling the image. As
long as the date is before Feb. 13th, you should be ok.
Just be sure to move the date back to the fake date you
installed VPC on (at least, no earlier, that is) whenever
you want to work on the labs. Hope this works for you.

Thanks, it worked.
Not sure why Microsoft would send out a Resource kit with this issue on licensing for thr VPC.
