  I have the need to send a copy of a database diagram to someone.  IS there a way to capture it and email it.  I know you can print it out from the MMC.  Are there some simple tools that I can use to do this.  The ERWIN tools we have makes this task very cumbersome.  Any ideas?  Thanks

  Unfortunately it has to be Visio Pro, but it is a great tool.

  what about to print into PDF and then send just PDF file?

  For example can use PDF995.
