I've been having an Access 2000 VB program crash on an ADO (2.5) stored procedure call, but it doesn't happen on all of our workstations.
If SQL 2000 was installed using the unattended SQLCLI.iss install, the Access program crashes. If SQL was installed using the Setup.exe from the CD with only Client Tools selected to install, the program does not crash.
What are the differences between these two methods?
Also, is there a way to record the Setup.exe install and run it unattended at a later time?
Thanks!
Dana
