Add them to the system administrators role.
You might want to publish this on a more pertinent forum next time.

You also may want to seriously consider the access your colleagues need. Do they truly need full access to the system? If not, you'll want to restrict accordingly. If you have questions along these lines, the Security forum is the appropriate place.

Ok... SQLServerCentral.com has a wide range of compentency levels from novices to experts. It's intended to be a friendly place where people can ask questions without negative comments. Therefore, if you can't contribute positively to a conversation, please don't post negative sentiments like these. They only serve to hurt the community.

Perhaps more constructively then....
Nehman,
Be wary of handing administrator access to people that don't have the skills to carry out a DBA role. I dare say that you don't have these skills yourself therefore so be careful about what you are doing using that access. being a system administrator enables you to do various dangerous things like drop data and database objects and even databases themselves.
It is good practise to restrict users' permissions, allowing them to do only what they need to do. Doling out system DBA rivelages is not best practise.
On the other hand, if this is not a production, test, or development instance (i.e. Its just a mickey mouse instance that, perhaps, you have on your own machine) it shouldn't be too much of an issue.
Be careful. That is all.
