We have been asked to supply a list of all IDS and what access they have to specific databases. They have no specific query to give me to run, they said just use print screens. Has anyone found a better way to get this information.

Hi Markus,
Imceda SQL IDE has a very comprehensive Login, User and Role Feature, this may give you the functionality you are looking for.

Interesting that you posted this question today because I'd just been answering the same question here at work yesterday. There are numerous scripts on this site that will give you this type of data. Each gives a different combination of data or presents it in a different format. Just browsing is educational!
Good Luck!

Go to http://controlcompliance.com/ccgproducts.htm
Look for SQLTrax. There is a free 30 day demo available.
Please give my name in any contact.
