DTS strips blank lines from procs

    When I use DTS to copy procs between servers it strips all blank lines making my procs almost unreadable. Any way to stop this?

    Good luck, never seen anything to stop this "feature" of DTS object transfer.  AFAIK, the only way around this is to script the sproc either via em or SQL-DMO

    I have been ubable to find anything to stop this behavior.  Soooo, although its a bit crude, I begin each blank line with -- (or /**/).  DTS acknowledges the comment symbols, so the "blank line' remains in place.
