We have successfully set up active/active clustering in our organization and now it's time to test a database in the environment. Each server has two disk (server1-R and S; server2-T and U)drives and a quorum drive(Q) on a SAN. My question is: How do we set up the data and log files if we have five different drives on a SAN?

You'll have to figure out what drives are associated to which cluster resource. For instance,
1 drive -> quorum (default Cluster group)
4 remaining drives divided up among the instances as needed. The most basic config I guess would be two drives with each SQL group. Keep in mind the instances won't be able to share a drive.
