I want to install SQL 2000 Cluster, if I installed MDF and LDF file to same Raid disk, no t any problem.
But I want to installed LDF file to Raid 1 Disk, MDF file to Raid 5 Disk, there is only display Raid 5 Disk driver let me select.
Can anyone tell me how to installed SQL 2000 cluster to different Raid disk driver?
Thanks!

Both RAID arrays need to be cluster resources before SQL can use them. Are both disks in Cluster Administrator?
(At least for me with IBM serverRAID)

Jeff is right. You have to add the logical disks name of physical RAID5 and RAID1 to SQL Server cluster group before you can use them.
