  One of our client report this error "XYZ_USER Login is Full.." when trying to login to the application.

  We are using single DB user for all of our clients to access application. Does any one know why this error message is apearing??

  Yes.. its about user. Client particularly specified our DB user name. How can otherwise he know DB user?

  Anyway I asked for error screen shot to re-confirm.
