I got the below warning message for full backup job. Our backup schedule is everyday full backup at 12:20AM. This warning for only MSDB database.
We don't have any on-access anti virus software or filesystem backup that accessing the file same time
Warning:-
3/12/2010 12:22:07 AM: Another process might be locking this file The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.
any thoughts?

I am getting this error once in a week not everyday. Any body came accross this type of warning?

The message does not appear to be a SQL Server error message.
By chance, are you shutting down SQL Server and then backing up the underlying files ? If so, be aware that this method of backup is guaranteed NOT to work with SQL Server files.
SQL = Scarcely Qualifies as a Language
