Our company is getting ready to implement EMC's Replication Manger. Are there any 'Gotcha's' we need to know about (from a SQL prespective) before our kickoff meeting tomorrow?
We are a Windows 2003 server enterprise environment running SQL 2005. For example, I see that Replication Manager is a cluster aware application, is SQL dependent on this?
As always, Thank you for your time and input!

Not much you have to do on this, It is like all other replication, But only thing this is done at SAN level (Disk Level), The only thing you need to concentrate on this meeting as a DBA is, If at all you are planning to refresh TB size DB's in DEV environment . I mean you can refresh DEV environment with production copy within minutes, we have an offer to use this, but we didn't use yet.

Yes, I understand it copied volume to volume. Just curious if there are any GOTCHA's they fail to mention.
