Hi,
Since last week we are getting the following message "The time stamp counter of CPU on scheduler id 3 is not synchronized with other CPUs". THis message seems to occurs when we are execution a database backup.
I know this is suppose to be fix on SQL 2005 SP3, can I disregard this message for now? We are running 2005 Standard 64Bits SP2.
Thanks

Yes you can ignore it it does not affect the operations of your SQL ... as per this KB article. You will get some inaccurate numbers if you are doing performance tuning on that server.
I had similar message but never encountered any errors. Thanks.
