Hi All,
Researching to find option to change the attribute setting IDENTIFIER_CASE to MIXED or SENSITIVE without changing the collation setting at database level.
Found something in URL below, not sure you all have tried so checking with you

Let's just say that I would not recommend changing this setting. As the person says in their comment, this is not supported by MS so why make that change. If it is that much of an issue change the collation, otherwise I would just deal with it.
