could you plz tell me what type of text file is this n why the ; is used at the end column.here is the attachment.
n when importing this file what should i choose in text qualifier,header row limiter,row limiter n column delimiter

The file is a fixed-width file, meaning that you'll need to specify where each field begins and ends. You'll need to check with the source of the file to determine what each column represents.
