Performance monitor reading

Just wanted some clarification on this one really, reading the values in perfmon for average disk queue length it has a scale of 100.000. if i have a reading of 0.010 does this basically mean its a reading of 1? (divided by no of phys disks) So anything greater than 2 i believe is a potential problem if sustained over a period of time.

Ignore me, the scale i have realised is purely for viewing on the graph, and that the figures shown are the actual figures to be used
