Does anyone know how to use the SAC utility to output the TCP/IP properties.
I've figured out how to output the protocols, but can seem to figure out how
to ouput the IP Address settings. I'm particularly interested in the TCP
Port information.

What properties you are asking I don't see any properties option for TCP/IP in SAC.

In the SAC the output the network protocols, but it only outputs what is below. I have done that using the "-N" parameter to the SAC utility. Since there are additional properties associated with a protocol like "TCP Port", you would think these additional properties would also be output. Now if I want to use the output of the SAC to configure another machine, outputing only a portion of the protocol information just doesn't work all that well. Now I can get around this by doing a registry hack to set the port number or another entry, but I was just hoping to use the SAC utility to help me set up my additional machines.

I also would like to know about this. I am using a reg hack to change the port but for some reason it works fine on 2003 Standard but fails on 2003 Enterprise.

I also had to use a registry hack, but I am only using the standard edition. Is the registry value and hive the same for 2003 enterprise?
