Error Message Shown when trying to view server properties in Enterprise Manager

    When we are trying to view the server properties in Enterprise Manager, then we get an error message -

    Can anybody help me out on this??

    I have not run into this specific problem before. However I'd opt for just reinstalling EM. It should only take a few minutes and in all probability no reboot.

    Hi Rudy,

    I suppose the problem is due to some missing dll on which the xplog70.dll depends.Will it be resolved by reinstalling the EM??

    I do not know for sure, but the re-installation of EM surely cannot hurt. Again, the time investment is only a few minutes.

    Will reinstalling EM disturb a live database?

    No. EM is client software. Exisiting databases running on the server will be unaffected.
