Large Numbers of Reports

    I have a report server that is growing and users are having a hard time finded the report they want.

    How do you make reports easy to find and know what they show, there parameters, and important notes about the report.

    Simple approach would be to create folder structure within report manager. You can put description on each folder, and each report.

    I agree a good folder structure is the key.. you also might want to put them in Alpha order... and description of what each report is, wouldn't be a bad idea...
