Hi all,
I am getting the following error while running an SP
my server is SQL Server 2000 Standard edition (8.00.250) with SP3
Msg 8623, Sev 16: Internal Query Processor Error: The query processor could not produce a
query plan. Contact your primary support provider for more information. [SQLSTATE 42000]
As per MS KBase, i need to apply the latest service pack. But i have SP3 installed on my box.
any idea on this ?

The 8.00.250 is 2000 No SP+Q291683. That means you are running without ANY SQL Server service packs. You need to patch badly.

Latest Service Pack release is SP4.

Hello, I am having the same problem but I appear to be running SP4 already for SQL Server 2000. Any ideas? Here is what I am running against SQL Server:
SELECT @@VERSION
GO
My Results:
