Hi All,
Can anyone help me, I have backedup my master database lastweek, and now I want to restore it back now. Will there be any problem?
Anyone tell what is the core role of master database in sql server2000?

NO what hppened that I go and removed all the exteded stored procedure. After that I can not use most of the functions in my sql server eventhough I restored back all the extended stored procedure. before I removed the stored procedure I backedup master database.
So in order to fix this I have to restore the Master database

first of all : don't mess with master unless you know what you are doing
master keeps the inventory of databases, locations, users,....
It is _the_ most important systemsdatabase.
