Error Log File--Strange Problem

  Hi There:

  I have a 0 Bytes .. error log file... Can any one of you please advice why is this happening and what can be done to resolve this issue.

  Windows 2000

  SQL Server 2000 /SP3a

  It will be better if you provide more detailed info. here

  you  are talking of Sql server Error Log and size 0  is the problem with current log file or Archived log File

  By default, the error log is located at Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\Mssql\Log\Errorlog.

  Either your error log file is getting recycled frequently or is not set properly.
