discarded records BULK INSERT

    Hi,

    What happens to the discarded records in a bulk insert operation ? (discarded: constraint violation during load, fi: PK or unique index)

    Can they be recorded into a file or a table ?

    I think you're out of luck with BULK INSERT, whereas I believe BCP gives you the option of specifying a "discard" file.
