Hi
I failed in Exam 70-462 . Exam was much harder than expected. I managed to get 643 out of 700. I would say that there are so many question from High Availability which was unexpected. Microsoft skilled measure is not good particularly for this exam . I have passed my exam 70-461 ,463 on first attempt. So I really want to pass this one i order to earn my first certification.any suggestion would be much welcome
Thanx.

Sorry to hear that and good luck in the future.
Do you have the report that shows which areas you were weak in? I might start there, reviewing those requirements and concepts.

My guess is that you need to learn more about how AlwaysOn Ags work, as well as brush up on any mirroring/logshipping/replication/clustering stuff you don't know well

What's very important for that exam is the order in which you do things.
E.g.:
* what are the steps to set-up mirroring
* what are the steps to set-up always-on
* what are the steps to update a cluster
And so on.
For replication you really need to know the difference between the different types of replication and which one to use in which scenario.

I'd recommend you set up some VMs (VMWare Player is free for non-commercial usage iirc), set up clustering, set up Availability Groups, set up Mirroring (one at a time) and play with them to get familiar with them. There's nothing like real, hands-on experience.

Consider finding out how as part of your studies.
Since we're recommenfing VMWare Player, the VMWare website may well be a good place to start, along with google.
