ssis do

  • Hi Friends ,i have small doubt in ssis packages.

    suppose iam executing one package that time its take 5 minutes and next day i execute same package that time its take 1 hour .why its take that much time.is there any reasion to take that much time.i donot like that much time.plz tell me what steps i follw.

    There really isn't much we can do from the information provided. One cause for the difference could be load on the system. The first time the package was run there may not have been much processing on the system, the next day the system could have been operating with a heavier load (more people, processing, etc).

  • There could also have been table locks, so the SSIS package had to wait.
