May I know the latest service Pack in SQLServer 2000,2005 and 2008?
In this " Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Service Pack 4 RTM " , what RTM is refers?

For 2000 & 2005- SP4
For 2008 -SP2
For 2008R2- RTM (Release to Manufacture)

See Ravi RTM stands for RELEASE TO MANUFACTURE & there is nothing called Service pack 4 RTM.
RTM was used prior to Service pack 1

Yes, RTM is prior to Servicepack 1.
But in the below link, I can see " Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Service Pack 4 RTM" as it's confusing me what RTM indicates here.

i would assume this simply means you can upgrade from RTM version straight to SP4 with prior to SP2 or SP3 installation.

--it means that SP4 has 1 more cumulative update which has build 9.00.5254 whereas service pack 4 has build 9.00.5000
Yes you can directly upgrade to Service pack 4 from RTM but it need to tested on UAT before applying to the production server
