What would you consider that are important facts when you hire someone?
Taking apart the technical skills (which would depend on the job), what else would be important?
Are Location and Nationality important or would you hire someone that would have to be relocated?
I might start searching for new job opportunities but I'm not sure if I should try USA, go back to Mexico or try globally.

I tend to look for personality and ambition. You have to fit in with the group, and work as a team. Ambition/motivation is important since it means you can/will learn or I can teach you.
