Trend indictor in SSAS 2008 showing wrong

  Hi,

  I am defining a KPI. For the trend indicator it will show a green arrow when I have a lower value for the KPI Value current month compared to previous month. As I have interpreted when creating trend indicators, the value 1 means green colour.

  Because the value for the trend indicator should have a lower value I want no have the reversed arrow (a green arrow directing downwards). But when I have the value 1 the arrow is showing red colour and directed downwards.

  I am using excel 2010 when accessing the cube. Is there anyone who knows anything about this? Is there a bug in Excel 2010?

  Dear,

  I recently had a similar issue.

  I could solve it by applying the StrToValue function to the KPIValue("myKPI") variable in the KPI Status calculation.
