test vouchers with free 2nd shot

    I had heard that Microsoft test vendor sell test vouchers that will allow free 2nd shot (at additional cost added to the voucher). Is this promotional voucher sold periodically, and not all the time? Anyone know where I can buy free 2nd shot voucher if that is still available?
