Hell guys,
I was giving task to create SSI package, what do I need to instal on SQL Server and where do I get the installation, is it free or I need to buy it?

I assume you mean SSIS.
This is availalbe on the SQL server setup disk, run the setup and select the correct tools.
It is not free (aside from the CTP versions)

Integration services for the server side.
Client tools or Business intellegence tools for the client side , sorry i am not sure of the exact name from memory but it should be fairly obvious.

Business Intelligence Development Studio (what its called under SQL Server). Otherwise known as Visual Studio.
