Hi,
I have killed a process but it's still doing rollback 3 hrs later. I have run kill with statusonly command but that shows 0% progress. Is there any tool out there that will show me the actual progress. I'm sure the rollback must be greater than 0% by now.

The rollback might take as long to rollback as it took to go forwards, however, we have experienced an issue where we had to restart the SQL service (oh yes) as the rollback might be stuck - found this somewhere on google and it worked for us.

I too have found, on occasion, that the rollback just won't finish. A reboot can (not won't) clear it much faster. You're taking a chance, but I'd try bouncing the server if this thing is really causing issues.
