The multi-part identifier "#StagingA.Number " could not be bound.

    When I run this code:

    SELECT 1

    FROM [AS400DB_JDE].WTESt.TESTD.F0212 jde

    WHERE CONVERT(INT,#StagingA.[Number ]) = jde.Number

    I get error:

    The multi-part identifier "#StagingA.Number " could not be bound.

    Is anyone knows why?

    Because the table #StagingA is defined nowhere in your query.
